He brings a range of specialised solutions for the removal of certain stains – coffee, greasy food, blood, ink, crayons, vomit, you name it. However, keep in mind that there are some stains that permanently damage the fabric and can't be removed, for instance.

Hot water extraction - We've set it as a standard for quality. It is the most effective upholstery cleaning method to date. A high-end professional machine is used to inject hot water deep between the fibre. This effectively dislodges the accumulated grime and dust. The nozzle has a suction attachment that almost simultaneously removes up to 80-90% of the moisture from the textile (along with any dislodged dirt).

Dry foam cleaning

The cost to clean an armchair starts from £40 for non-members and £10 for members of the Fantastic Club. For a two-seater sofa the standard price starts from £58 and if you are a Fantastic Club Member, the price for you will start from £28. The most common price forming factors are the type of furniture, fabric and cleaning method. In addition, if you book our Prime care plan, you will get stain treatment and protection.
How much does it cost to have a couch professionally cleaned?
The cost to get your couch professionally cleaned is based mainly on its size and the cleaning method. For a three-seater sofa, our standard price starts from £87 and our price for club members starts from £57. For a L - shaped 4 seater sofa, the price starts from £116 and the price for Fantastic Club Members starts from £86. You can also get a stain treatment and protection if you book our Prime care plan.
What areas do you cover?
We perform professional upholstery cleaning anywhere in London. Our coverage spreads across the whole M25 zone and the rest of South East England. How much time will it take for the upholstery/mattress to dry off?
Usually, it takes from 4 to 8 hours for most types of upholstery. However, mattresses take a little bit longer – between 12 to 24 hours. Of course, a lot depends on the room temperature and the air flow. Upon your request, your sofa cleaning specialist can place an air mover near the cleaned item to speed up the drying process.
How can I know what method is suitable for my upholstered items?
It is okay if you are unaware of this, we will pick the most suitable way to clean them. However, here are some of the codes found on labels: S: solvents only, no water. Item can be dry cleaned; X: vacuum or brushing only. No water. Item cannot be deep cleaned; W: water is safe. Item can be steam cleaned; WS: mild detergent or dry foam cleaner. Dry treatment is suggested.
What about parking fees?
The price you will be quoted for your service does not include parking and congestion charges so we kindly ask you to take care of them or, if possible, ensure there will be a free parking space near your property (within 20 meters) before the service takes place because the technician is bringing a lot of equipment.
What if the upholstery is damaged during the cleaning procedure?
The chance of something like this happening is very slim. However, in case an accident occurs, keep in mind that this upholstered furniture cleaning service is 100% insured and you will be completely compensated.
How does steam cleaning work on upholstery?
Steam cleaning, as the name suggests, uses water under pressure to create steam with which the fabric furniture is treated. The water under pressure is powerful enough to remove most of the dust and debris on the fabric yet gentle enough not to tear the textile. What are your work hours?
Our services are available all week long, from 7 am to 6 pm, and even the weekends and bank holidays are fine. We're quite flexible, so evening appointments can be arranged as well, but keep in mind that some of the equipment is quite noisy and it can be a bit disturbing for your neighbours.
Can you remove old stains from the upholstery?
Although it is difficult to guarantee that all stains can be completely cleaned, tackling old stains can generally be achieved with success. Our upholstery cleaners will do their best to leave your upholstery as clean and spotless as possible, but if the stains have damaged the fabric, they cannot be removed.
Do I need to be present when the upholstery is being cleaned?
Your presence is desired but not essential. It is important to arrange for the team to gain access to your property. It would be helpful to provide information about potential entry points such as side and back gates, neighbour's place, keys or key nests and entry code at least 24 hours in advance.
