Fantastic Services Black Friday Promotion – Terms and Conditions

 

1. Eligibility:

• The services promotions are available to both new and existing Fantastic Club members.
• Some offers are exclusive to Fantastic Club members. Non-members will need to join the club to access certain discounts.

2. Validity Period:

• The campaign is valid only during the Black Friday promotional period (dates specified on the promotion landing page).
• Discounts apply only to bookings made during this period and cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Appointment Times:

• General appointment times for eligible services can be scheduled from 25 November 2024 until 28 February 2025.
• For services such as Window, Carpet, Oven, and Gutter Cleaning:
• Appointments can be scheduled between 25 November 2024 and 15 December 2024, and 15 January 2025 to 28 February 2025.
• Availability of preferred appointment times is subject to demand, and booking early is recommended to secure desired slots.

4. Minimum Booking Value:

• Offers are valid for bookings meeting the minimum spend requirement, as specified in the individual deal terms.
• For certain services, such as End of Tenancy Cleaning (EOT), a minimum spend of £180 applies and Gardening, a minimum obligation of 2 hours.

5. Exclusions:

• The promotion does not apply to Agency or Business Accounts services.
• Some services or geographical areas may not be covered under this promotion. Check service availability for your location.

6. Discount Application:

• Discounts must be applied at the time of booking by entering the promotional code provided.
• Offers cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or packages unless explicitly stated.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• In case of cancellation, the booking value will not be refunded.
• Rescheduling may require the reapplication of the promotional code, subject to availability and campaign validity.

8. Modifications and Errors:

• Fantastic Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for technical or human errors that may result in promotional offers not being applied.
