Step 2: Targeted stain pre-treatment

If you've chosen our Prime Care Plan, the technician will treat any visible stains with special detergents to make sure even tough spots are handled.

Step 3: Powerful pre-spray application

Next, a powerful pre-spray is applied. This solution helps disinfect the fabric and loosen dirt, getting rid of bacteria, viruses, and fungi for a healthier clean.

Step 4: Deep cleaning with hot water extraction

The technician then uses a hot water extraction machine to deeply clean, removing embedded dirt, dust, and allergens. This leaves your sofa fresh, both in appearance and hygiene.

Step 5: Fabric Protection

For those with the Prime Care Plan, a fabric protector is applied to help spills stay on the surface for easier cleanup within a few minutes, lasting 6-8 months based on usage.

Dry sofa cleaning

Suitable for: Highly delicate and valuable materials, such as sofas worth £10,000 or more. It’s especially suited for fabrics like silk, velvet, 100% cotton, and viscose, where solvent dry cleaning is the safest choice.

Step 1: Inspection and Vacuuming

The technician begins by inspecting the upholstery and thoroughly vacuuming it. applying a specially formulated, low-moisture cleaning powder. This gentle yet effective powder penetrates deep into the fibers, loosening dirt and debris without damaging the delicate material.

Step 2: Actual cleaning via Specialized solvent detergent

A specialized solvent detergent is misted onto the fabric. Unlike typical extraction methods, the solvent is carefully wiped away with terry towels, preserving the fabric’s integrity.

Step 3: Finishing touches

Finally, a velvet fluffing brush is used in a single direction to give the material a smooth, polished appearance.
