Please, have in mind that we do not provide blinds so in order to complete the job they have to be purchased and delivered prior the service.

*Minimum time per appointment is 1 hour. After the first hour, we will charge on a half-hour basis. Prices are inclusive of all taxes.

**A stand-alone survey fee of £49 is only applicable in cases where we arrive and are unable to carry out the work.

***We charge an hourly rate of £49 shopping time for the delivery of all necessary supplies & materials upon your request. Materials costs and "shopping time" rate will be added separately on the top of your service bill.

A: To reschedule your handyman service, first log into your Fantastic account and go to the Dashboard. From there, you can manage all of your bookings easily. Whatever help you need, feel free to contact our friendly, 24/7 customer service team.
Q: Is it possible to get a discount on my price?
A: Yes, you only need to join the Fantastic Club. By becoming a member, you get to benefit from a lot more than just a discount. You can also book our most wanted slots first and enjoy special seasonal deals.
Q: Is there anything else I need to know?
A: Prices are inclusive of all taxes. Material supply and delivery costs are added to the service cost, if applicable. If the handyman arrives and is unable to complete the work due to conditions you have failed to provide, there is a standalone survey fee of £42 and the cost of parking/congestion (if applicable).
Q: I don’t have any tools at home, is that a problem?
A: No worries there. Your handyman will bring all the necessary tools and equipment for the job.
Q: How much does the handyman service cost?
A: This service is hourly based. The minimum charge is 1 hour per appointment. After the first hour, we charge on a half-hour basis. You only pay for the actual time spent on-site and for the job to be completed to your satisfaction.

Q: Can I get a same-day handyman service?
A: This can be arranged, but it is subject to availability. The latest we can send a professional to assist you is the next day.
Q: What is your working time?
A: The London handyman experts are available from 7 am to 9 pm. You can make an appointment for any day of the week, including weekends and official holidays. Also, you have the option to schedule your service after working hours at a small additional charge.
Q: Do you charge for the materials needed for the job?
A: Every handyman brings a small amount of screws, wall plugs, white paint, white silicone, etc with him. If the handyman uses a small amount of the materials, we won't add them to the total service cost. For everything else - replacement parts, different colours of paint/silicone, a whole tube of silicone, a can of paint - please advise your customer agent as the technician should source them in advance. The price for those materials will be added to the final bill.
Q: Do you guarantee the quality of the handyman’s work?
A: At Fantastic Services, we are geared at providing high-quality, worry-free, and safe services that exceed your expectations. That is why we cover the handyman work with 100% guaranteed quality workmanship at no extra costs. We believe this will never happen to you, but if you are not happy with the installation, replacement or repair work, we will send a technician to do it as you wish.
Q: Can my handyman help me out with wiring or lighting design?
A: It's illegal for a handyman to do any complex electrical jobs. So if you need someone to change the light bulbs, your handyman will gladly help you. If you need other electrical work done, such as installing new light fittings, hardwiring ovens, or replacing extractor fans, and for complete property rewiring and other complex tasks, we will send a certified electrician to handle your needs.
