The minimum time per appointment is 2 hours. Charges apply from the moment the van arrives at the pickup address. We charge on a half-hour basis past the second hour.
All prices are hourly-based and include taxes.
All vans are equipped with securing equipment, trolleys, and GPS systems.
T&C and Minimum Charges apply. When calculating the price we take into consideration the number of items which need to be moved, the locations and the time needed for the service to be done. All deals are valid for areas within M25. Prices are subject to availability. Congestion charges are excluded (when applicable).

Things have changed, and I need to postpone my home removal service appointment. Will I be charged for this?
No worries! Just notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll reschedule your moving service, free of charge, for a date that suits you better.
Is there anything you don't move?
Please note that, as per industry standards, we do not move hazardous materials, animals, statues, stolen or perishable goods, drugs, explosives, firearms, money, jewellery, watches or any other high-valued personal belongings.
Do I need to arrange a parking slot?
We kindly ask that you reserve the nearest parking spot. This way, you will get the most out of your removals service since the team will waste less time looking for a place to park. If you never arranged a parking slot before, please contact your local council for a permit.
Will all of my belongings be able to fit inside your van?
In order to be able to provide you with the right vehicle proposal, we need a very detailed list of items which you would need to be moved. Once we have it from you, then we will be able to advise which van is appropriate for your move. Also, more than a single van and several removals teams can be sent to your address for bigger relocation jobs if needed.
What is video surveying for home removals?
This is a new method we adopted for surveying house removal jobs. It is usually used in cases when you are moving 3+ bedroom properties. Doing a video survey with a professional, experienced in home removals would help us to offer you an accurate quotation for your move. Survey is always booked as per your wish depending on your personal schedule.
I’m packing by myself, but what about large pieces of furniture? Can you move those?
Absolutely. Our vans are equipped with tail lifts for safe and easy loading and unloading of bulky items. Also, if a piece of furniture is too big, we can have it dismantled and assembled later.
Can you help with a partial house move?
Yes. Whether you are sending your children to university in a different city or you just want to transport items such as household furniture or personal belongings to another house, we can help.
I need to vacate my property, but there will be a few days until my new home becomes available. What do I do?

How do you calculate the price for the home removal service?
Our moving house service is charged hourly. And different factors are taken into consideration regarding our hourly rates. For instance, the type, size and number of rooms of the property, the number of items, the number of house movers needed to complete the job, the type of vehicle that will be used, etc. These are all considered when we formulate the final house move costs.
Can I travel with you inside the removal van?
We are not permitted by law to take any passengers into our vehicles. You are responsible for arranging your own travel to the delivery address.
