1. Introduction

By participating in this promotion and joining the Fantastic Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

This offer is available to new Fantastic Club members who book two of the following services in a single transaction:

Regular Domestic Cleaning

The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice and is not available for renewals.

3. Fantastic Club Membership

By booking two of the above-mentioned services, you automatically qualify for the Fantastic Club membership.
As a member, you receive:
- A total of £300 in credits added to your account.
- An instant deduction of £60 from the total credits upon joining.
- An additional £29 discount applied to your membership using the promo code FCCS29.

4. Credits and Discounts

The £300 in credits are issued as part of your Fantastic Club membership and can be used toward future services included in the membership.
£60 will be automatically deducted from the total credits upon joining, leaving you with £240 in usable credits.
The £29 discount is applied manually by the operator using the code FCCS29 and is valid only for the membership fee or services specified in this offer.

5. Usage of Credits

Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
Credits expire 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

6. Additional Terms

The code FCCS29 needs to be quoted over the phone and applied manually by one of our operators. The promo code is not valid for bookings made online or via the GoFantastic app.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
The Fantastic Club reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel your booked services, your Fantastic Club membership and associated credits will be revoked.
No refunds will be issued for credits used or discounts applied.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Fantastic Club and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of this offer or membership benefits.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
